In our story, some children ask a question: ‘Can we have light and clean water for everyone?’ The adults listen. Helping homes, schools and hospitals takes energy, water and people with the right skills. A.D.O.S. INTERNATIONAL wants to study how these services can work together, with care for everyone.

The PDF proposes a future of wellbeing and harmony. The R12 version makes clear that real needs must be identified and solutions suited to the area compared. Universal access is a social aim: it requires networks, services, maintenance and choices that make access possible, as well as production. It is not an outcome already demonstrated by the proposal.
