The story

The first visit is to the plant nursery. There are rows of young plants, each in its own container. The nursery worker leads the group along the path. ‘Here we help young plants grow.’ Rumo immediately looks for the tallest one.

Sami stops in front of a small olive tree. It has a thin trunk and narrow leaves. ‘Is this already a tree?’ ‘Yes. It is still young.’ Ada draws it beside her own hand, without touching it. The nursery worker checks the plant and the soil in its pot. Leo asks whether he can take it away. ‘First we choose where it will live and who will look after it,’ replies Tila. The oil’s journey also begins with a good question.
